Enjoy the grandeur of the Arizona Mountains as our motor coach heads for the Grand Canyon. We will be taking a break in route and passing through Williams on our way to Tusayan a quaint village just out side Grand Canyon National Park.

In Tusayan you will be able to discover the Grand Canyon at the IMAX Theater. The film opens with the beginning of man's fragile kinship with this twisting 277 mile Canyon, then moves the audience through time with brief glimpses at the stone pages of human history. From the mysterious Anasazi who inhabited the Canyon 4,000 years ago, viewers will travel through Grand Canyon history to join Major John Wesley Powell as he challenges the unexplored Canyon and raging Colorado River in 1869. Lunch will be provided in the café at the theater with ample time for shopping in the gift shop.

Following lunch we will head to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Our motor coach will be parking at the Visitor Center where you can learn more about the canyon, and board the free Village Route shuttle bus, which departs every 15 minutes. This route provides transportation between Canyon View Information Plaza, Yavapai Point, hotels, restaurants, gift shops, and other facilities in the Village area. South rim views are available a short walk from many stops. Following a afternoon at the Grand Canyon we will head back to Lake Havasu.
